This is all about watching from my perspective the trends and patterns of working in the residential real estate market for over forty years. I sell and rent houses at all price levels. Typically I transact within the town of Greenwich (all areas), but occasionally I will list and sell out of town in Connecticut. My level of expertise is centered around what I know, which is waterfront as I grew up as a sailor and I am a rower…older houses as I was raised in an antique house that was in the family for five generations, and have always resided in older houses….but my husband and I built a house upstate, and the process of building new is exciting and a lot easier than renovating, so new builds are exciting to me as well.
